We noticed our boy was having issues with daily tasks and life skills expected of his age. We decided to engage an OT to address these shortcomings. Mr Tang's professionalism exceeded our expectations. He did a comprehensive assessment and we were relieved to finally know what was causing all these issues. Mr Tang is very knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. He also works closely with my boy, and both of us parents to set realistic and achievable goals. He motivates my boy just right, but yet not daunting. This really helps a lot in building my boy's confidence and he looks forward to every session.

The clinic's environment is also conducive and clean. There are lots of equipment for the therapy session. I love that there are motivational quotes on display, and it is just so welcoming. The admin manager, Jieying, is also very responsive and answers all enquiries promptly. Invoices and appointment reminders are emailed out timely. Highly recommend Mr Tang and his clinic. They truly build a genuine relationship with their clients.
